Fantom g8 vs korg kronos

I know this may be a slightly biased forum to ask this question but: Should I consider the Roland Fantom G or wait for the new Kronos? And a Kronos is an enhanced Oasys is a cheaper case. The Fantom G6 is my gig machine and I own two one primary, one backup. I've had the G6 since it came out.
I'd ignore the Phantom personally, seems a bit boring compared to other two. As for the synth sounds it sounded the best and Roland Fantom G If you are used to KORG, it seems that the Kronos would be a logical choice.

Should I consider the Roland Fantom G or wait for the new Kronos?. to consider Fantom G, not even compared to Kronos, but in general. Fantom G v Kronos compared to the G Regarding the sequencer, well, Korg doesn't advertise the Kronos as the ultimate recording solution.
Also it uses a sample based sound engine, whereas the kronos has multiple synth engines etc.
Roland has left this device completely unfinished and abandoned the whole customer base to deal, among others, with - a desastrous file management system, which is not even able to organize proper interchange between its own projects!

The Fantom G makes the most sense as I already know my way around the I have never played a Motif XF or a Korg Kronos so this is where I could do with. The sounds are very "up front" compared to Roland to my ears.

Money to spare as most likely this would cost you 2. Since you're a Triton Studio user, you'll feel right at home with the Kronos. Its very easy to use the sequencer, you can record audio, sequence softsynths on a computer down the road if you get bored with the sounds.

However, at the end of the day, the G6 is a ROMpler with very little in terms of expansion capability unless you are willing to spend the time to sample your other instruments which I've done extensively.
going to buy it used to save a. When buying such keyboards it's always best to lay your hands on them, spend some time with them, and checkout the various sounds and features by yourself.
If You learn how to use Studio One Free, then you are well on your way to doing anything that you want to do as far as workstations are concerned.
